Return and Exchange Policy
At Jellybeet, our return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase or exchange it for another item of equal value within 30 days of order delivery.
- If the item is brand new and unopened from its original packaging, a full refund will be processed (less shipping cost, if order is shipped).
- If you opened or damaged the original packaging, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
- If you used or damaged an item, or if the product is returned incomplete, a return will not be processed.
- If the fault is on us (wrong or damaged product), we will pay the return postage for your return or exchange and (for exchanges) the shipping cost for the new or substitute item. Otherwise, Jellybeet will not be obligated for any return postage, additional shipping or handling charges.
Returning or exchanging an item is easy. Simply follow these instructions:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the following information:
- Full Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Packaging Condition (Unopened, Opened, or Damaged)
- Tell us whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
Within 3 business days, your return or exchange request will be approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, you may receive a return shipping label via email.
- If the fault is on us (wrong or damaged product), we may pay for the return postage packaged within reason and proportional to the returned item, or may decide to refund or exchange without the returned item. Jellybeet reserves to right to make this decision on a case-by-case basis.
- For all other return or exchange reasons, Jellybeet will not cover shipping or other charges.
Place the return item in a box or bag with the original packing slip or invoice. Ship to:

A refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days of Jellybeet receiving the returned item(s). The initial request email must be received within 30 days of order delivery. No return or exchanges will be processed after the 30 days.
If a return item is received without approval, no refund or exchange will be processed.
Any gift item shipped to you from Jellybeet may be exchanged with the same policy as above.
