Does jellybeet™ carry San-X original product?

Yes, all San-X products on jellybeet.com are supplied by Aliquantum International Inc. (AQI), the exclusive distributor of San-X original brands to North America. Each item description will indicate if an item is San-X Original or Official Licensed goods.

Does jellybeet carry exclusive products?

Yes, on special occasions jellybeet will feature exclusive products either purchasable through jellybeet.com or through jellybeet Rewards. Please make sure to sign up to jb rewards to stay up to date on the latest product releases.

Are products on jellybeet.com authentic?

Yes, all products on jellybeet.com are original or authentic licensed goods, and will have a San-X, Amuse, Monchhichi, tokidoki, Sanrio or other branded  tag attached.  

What is jellybeet rewards?

jellybeet Rewards (jb Rewards) is a loyalty program with benefits such as:

  • 15% off first order upon program registration (an email containing a code will be sent)
  • Point accrual for every dollar spent, where points can be redeemed for free products or cash coupon codes. Must be signed in during checkout to receive points. 
  • Bonus points during birthday month.
  • Bonus points for product reviews (max of 3 reviews x month)
  • Complimentary goodies with every purchase. 
  • Notifications on upcoming products, events, promotions, and more.

Must agree to the terms of agreement and be 13 years or above to enroll in the program. Must be subscribed to email notifications to be a jellybeet Rewards member.

What can I redeem with jellybeet reward points?

jellybeet reward points can be used to redeem gifts or coupons:

  • 100 Points = select gifts 
  • 200 Points = select gifts for $10 coupon code
  • 300 Points = $15 coupon code
  • 350 Points = select gifts
  • 400 Points = select gifts
  • 500 Points = $25 coupon code

What shipping options do you offer?

All orders with in stock items over $50 qualify for free standard 3-5 business day shipping (48 contiguous states only). If your order is under $50, we offer a flat-rate of $10 for shipping. Pre-Order products do not qualify for free shipping.

Jellybeet also ships internationally to CANADA AND MEXICO ONLY with shipping options FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority. When shipping to Canada or Mexico we require specific forms to be filled out properly BEFORE we ship in order to deliver your items in a timely manner. These forms are automatically added to your cart when you place your order as a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. Please contact us at shop@jellybeet.com for more information or if you have any issues with the paperwork.

All orders are shipped from Southern California.  

Does jellybeet offer shipping protection?

Yes! jellybeet is proud to offer Route Shipping protection at checkout for a small fee. My promo code is not working. What can I do? 

Verify the promo code applies to the product. For promotions on select items, the products will be listed on the promotions page.  If the item is not listed on the promotions page, then the code may not apply. If you believe your code is not applying due to an error, please reach out to us via our contact us form. We'll be glad to help! 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. For more details, please review our return and exchanges policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We pass credit card data to Authorize.net in a PCI compliant manner and no credit card information is stored on our servers.

How secure is your shopping cart?

We use the latest standards to be PCI compliant. Our entire site is protected by a 256-bit key secure socket layer (SSL), which encrypts all data that you enter into any form on our site as well as any data that is loaded on your browser window.
